Businesswoman and anti-Brexit campaigner Gina Miller has dominated out a bid for the Lib Dem management.
Current leader Sir Vince Cable desires to change the celebration’s rules to permit non-MPs to guide it in long run, as a part of a plan to develop its appeal.
