However a radio station in Cleveland, Ohio has determined to take away Baby It Is Cold Outdoor from its playlist following complaints from listeners.
Native media file that listeners stated the tune was once inappropriate and at odds with the #MeToo movement.
However a ballot carried out on the station’s Fb page confirmed the majority of listeners did not need the track banned.
Glenn Anderson, a host at the Superstar 102 station, blogged that although the song used to be written in a distinct era, the lyrics felt “manipulative and fallacious”.
