The Presbyterian Church has voted to loosen its ties with the Church of Scotland because of its more liberal perspective to related-intercourse relationships.
The vote was once taken on Wednesday on the determination-making Basic Assembly in Belfast.
The vote used to be passed by 255 votes to 171.

The Church’s basic assembly is also due to debate recommendations from its doctrine committee which indicates that a related-sex dating does not fit with a “credible occupation of faith”.

“We imagine that their outward conduct and lifestyle is at variance with a lifetime of obedience to Christ.”
