Vapers trying to surrender cigarettes should not be made to use smoking shelters, MPs have heard.

Ms Monaghan, a member of the committee, said that the evidence they heard recommended e-cigarette users had been “having to head out and use smoking shelters outdoor homes” and steered a “extra realistic view of the use of e-cigarettes”.
