Operation Yellowhammer: no deal contingency planning
Abstract of issue
•This assembly will believe development at the Government’s plans for mitigating the quick impacts of a No Deal Brexit.
•The Civil Contingencies Secretariat held a -day workshop last week to review departments’ plans, assumptions, interdependencies and next steps.
HMT objectives
1.Emphasise the importance of creating XWH cross Whitehall communications structure that may help take care of trust within the experience of contingency plans being prompted – particularly necessary for financial services.
