a person who forced his means onstage at a Beyonce and Jay-Z concert has been charged with disorderly conduct and straightforward battery.

Anthony Charles Thomas Maxwell, 26, ran onto the degree in Atlanta as the couple’s At The Run II display was once finishing on Saturday 25 August.
