a man suspected of being the thriller shooter who fired twice at a luxurious New York condominium development has grew to become himself in, police say.
Farris Koroma, 22, walked into the police station together with his lawyer early on Friday morning and said he was once the suspect caught on surveillance footage.
Police say the suspect fired in each incidents from around the East River on Roosevelt Island.
