Violence as troops installation in Ethiopia’s Somali area

Violence has broken out in an japanese town in Ethiopia after federal troops took over key positions together with the native parliament.

Soldiers had been deployed in Jigjiga, the capital of the Somali area, after an apparent rift among local government and the nationwide executive.

Protesters set fireplace to a church and looted shops and centered non-Somalis.
