Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has known as Mike Pence a “poisonous viper” after the united states vice-president met Venezuelan migrants in Brazil.

Mr Maduro mentioned Mr Pence, who had accused him of operating a “devastating dictatorship”, made predictable statements every time he spoke.
