All Over a press conference on Friday, Sheriff Doug Rader couldn’t say whether passengers were dressed in existence vests at the time of the capsizing, or if the boat’s windows had been open.
Missouri law requires all kids under the age of 7 to put on lifestyles jackets on boats, except they’re within the “cabin house”.
The vessel sank in 40ft (12m) of water prior to rolling to a final depth of 80ft.
Sheriff Rader stated divers have located the sunken boat and will almost certainly get well it later these days.
