Defense Minister Song Young-moo said on Monday girls have to be careful with their behaviors at a meeting intended to discuss sexual attacks within the army. The meeting used to be attended by means of military counselors on sexual matters, Joongang Ilbo mentioned.
“On one hand, girls must also be careful with their behaviors and what they say,” Music stated.
