The evacuation of the closing besieged professional-executive cities in northern Syria has been completed, state TELEVISION reports.

Dozens of buses and ambulances arrived on Wednesday to take 7,000 citizens and combatants from Foah and Kefraya to executive-held territory in Aleppo.
