Driving Force critical after Edinburgh Airport bus and tram crash

A bus driver excited about a crash with a tram at the outskirts of Edinburgh is in a important situation in medical institution.

The 66-yr-vintage male driver of the bus sustained a host of serious accidents in the course of the crash, which came about near the airport on Wednesday at about 17:20.

The driving force of the tram and the price tag inspector were launched from medical institution in a while Wednesday.

There were no other injuries and there were no passengers at the bus.

Trams are recently restricted to operating among the Gyle and York Position at the same time as the incident is investigated.

A spokesman for Edinburgh Airport said: “Our main center of attention is restoring commonplace operations across the airport campus and making sure the safety of our passengers and body of workers, who we thank for their endurance and understanding as we maintain this incident.

“The incident is being investigated and we’re running with the emergency services and different companions.

“Our thoughts are with the driver and his family at this time and we’ve been in common touch with our car park operator Empark to supply help and beef up.”
