Oxfam leader executive Mark Goldring is to stand down following the scandal regarding claims of sexual misconduct through staff in Haiti, the charity says.

Mr Goldring, who was criticised for his dealing with of the claims that help staff used prostitutes in 2011, said another person must “rebuild” the charity.
